I’ve been a little more tardy than normal with the vids and blog posts, but I have a couple projects cooking in the editing-oven that I’m pretty excited about (including an on-site video about the geology of the Himalayas, and some big updates). After reading a book on human evolution I knew I needed to share this message – we really aren’t giving enough credit to the role that our evolution plays on our health. We need to rethink health and medicine, because of a concept called: Evolutionary Mismatch.
I’m pretty into rocks. I realized I’ve been taking footage of rocks and picking up rocks for a long time, so here is my first rock video. Its all about Sedimentary – the most common (and most awesome) type of rock on Earth’s surface. I’ll come out with others on igneous and metamorphic once I’ve got a bit bigger of a stock-pile.
